All of our counselors are considered "generalist counselors" and so we are able to address a large range of concerns.

Couples Counseling

Sometimes it is hard to get along. We are here to help you navigate the difficulties you might be having with your partner or maybe even your roommate. In couples counseling, we can help give you the tools to better communicate, and resolve conflict as we strive to create an environment where you feel safe to express yourselves to one another.

Group Counseling

Group therapy can be highly effective and often has benefits that individual counseling does not. Depending on the particular issue you are struggling with group therapy can be a great way to get the support you are needing and work collectively towards the healing you desire. We understand that the thought of sharing your thoughts and feelings with a group can be intimidating. We find that individuals do start to feel safe and really enjoy group after the first few sessions.
